**Vintage Apartments Sold in Downtown Seattle**
Lee & Associates has successfully arranged the sale of the Dover Apartments, a 59-unit multifamily property located at 901 6th Avenue in downtown Seattle.
Originally built in the early 1900s, the Dover Apartments offer a rare blend of vintage architectural charm and a prime walkable urban location. The transaction was brokered by Candice Chevaillier, Daniel Lim, Dea Sumantri, and Sara Bago, members of Lee & Associates’ Northwest Multifamily Team.
This sale was completed with seller financing and represents the first U.S. acquisition for Single Point Ventures, an international investment firm focused on establishing a long-term footprint in the Pacific Northwest.
