**Kayne Anderson, Remedy Acquire Three Denver-Area Medical Office Buildings**

Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Remedy Medical Properties have jointly acquired three medical office buildings in the Denver metropolitan area through two separate transactions. The transactions include the purchase of Highlands Ranch I & II, totaling 153,858 square feet, and Mineral Medical Plaza, comprising 39,300 square feet.

According to Commercial Edge, the Highlands Ranch property was acquired from Bancroft Capital for $41 million. Located at 630 and 640 Plaza Drive, the two-story buildings were constructed in 2001 and were nearly 90% leased at the time of sale.

The second acquisition, Mineral Medical Plaza, is located at 1501 W Mineral Avenue in Littleton, Colorado. Originally built in 1999, the two-story facility underwent a substantial $5.6 million renovation in 2020, which included updates to lobbies and restrooms. The property was sold by Broe Real Estate Group, which had previously acquired it from WorldVenture in 2019.

Mineral Medical Plaza is situated less than 15 miles from downtown Denver and only three miles from the Highlands Ranch buildings, offering operational synergies between the assets.

These acquisitions reflect an ongoing demand for medical office space and strategic investment in healthcare-related assets in growth markets like Denver.
