Town of Addison, Quadrant Partnering on $240M Mixed-Use Venture

The Town of Addison has officially approved a development agreement with Quadrant Investment Properties for the creation of Addison Junction, a $240 million mixed-use project. Strategically located at the Addison Circle Silver Line Station, the development aims to transform the area into a vibrant urban hub.

As part of the agreement, the Town of Addison will contribute $40 million toward infrastructure improvements and the construction of two public parking garages. This public investment is expected to catalyze more than $200 million in private development. Once completed, Addison Junction is projected to generate approximately $300 million in annual economic output and support over 1,600 permanent jobs.

The 14-acre development will feature a dynamic blend of uses, including:

– A 155,550-square-foot mass timber office building
– A 140-room boutique hotel
– 30,000 square feet dedicated to entertainment venues
– The Hangar, a 12,000-square-foot aviation-themed event space on DART property
– Restaurants, a Texas-themed beer garden, rooftop patios, and multiple public plazas

Addison Junction’s location is highly strategic, positioned at the intersection of Addison Circle, Addison Airport, the Dallas North Tollway office corridor, and the Town’s bus transit center. It will also be connected to the DART Silver Line rail system, which is currently under construction. The 26-mile commuter rail line will link Addison with a network of neighboring cities, including Plano, Richardson/UT Dallas, Carrollton, Cypress Waters, Dallas, and DFW International Airport.

Addison Junction is poised to become a key destination in North Texas, integrating transit, business, hospitality, and entertainment in a sustainably designed urban environment.
