Grammarly Relocates NYC Hub to BXP’s 360 Park Avenue South
Grammarly, the AI-powered assistant for communication and productivity, has signed a full-floor lease totaling 23,038 square feet at the newly redeveloped 360 Park Avenue South, a premier office property owned and managed by BXP. The lease marks a strategic expansion for Grammarly, which will use the space as the central hub for its New York-based team.
Located in the heart of Manhattan, the 450,000-square-foot building has been redeveloped to support flexibility and collaboration. BXP designed the property with modern features such as collaborative lounges, a rooftop terrace, and immediate access to public transit—amenities seen as essential in today’s evolving workplace environment.
“Grammarly’s decision to relocate to 360 Park Avenue South reflects the continued demand for well-located, thoughtfully designed office space,” said Hilary Spann, Executive Vice President for the New York region at BXP. “The building offers a strong mix of modern amenities—including collaborative lounges and a rooftop terrace—along with convenient access to public transit, making it a great fit for today’s workforce in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic neighborhoods.”
The transaction was brokered by Justin Haber and Kyle Riker of JLL, representing Grammarly. BXP was represented by Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Ross Zimbalist, Arkady Smolyansky, Hayden Pascal, and Trevor Larkin of CBRE.
