**Folia Apartment Community in San Diego Sold in Off-Market Deal Brokered by CBRE**
CBRE has brokered the off-market sale of Folia, a 342-unit luxury multifamily community located at 12520 Camino Del Sur in San Diego. The buyer, who remains undisclosed, acquired the newly built Class A property from Holland Partner Group.
CBRE’s multifamily team—comprised of Rachel Parsons, Derrek Ostrzyzek, Mike Murphy, and Kenji Thomas—represented the seller in the transaction.
