**Mixed-Use Project Planned Near Denver International Airport**

A new development, titled Tower Plaza, is in the works near Denver International Airport. The project features a mix of commercial and hospitality establishments, including a grocery store, a retail plaza with two fast-food restaurants, and a hotel.

The proposed site spans a 4-acre undeveloped lot located at 18306 E. 64th Avenue, just off Peña Boulevard. The property was purchased in September 2024 by developers Wu Mei Li and Kelly Chuong for $3.4 million.

According to initial concept plans, Tower Plaza will include a single-story, 24,942-square-foot grocery store, flanked by two retail units combining for more than 6,000 square feet. In addition, two fast-food restaurants totaling 9,333 square feet are planned for the plaza.

The northeastern corner of the site is slated for a five-story structure, with a 4,032-square-foot ground-floor restaurant and four upper floors designated for hotel use.

Construction is expected to be completed by 2028.
