Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has officially broken ground on Woodland Industrial Park, a major new industrial development located in Woodland, Washington, approximately 22 miles north of Portland, Oregon.

The project features two Class-A speculative industrial buildings totaling 931,186 square feet. Construction is taking place on a 66-acre site at 345 N. Pekin Road, less than two miles from Interstate 5, and is slated for completion by fall 2026.

The centerpiece of the development is a 655,094-square-foot cross-dock warehouse, designed with 40-foot clear heights and 130 trailer parking stalls to accommodate modern logistics operations. A second, smaller building—referred to as the East Building—will encompass 276,092 square feet.

“We continue to see demand from logistics users that need modern, highly functional space along I-5 between Portland and Seattle, which is why we believe in this project at this location,” said Kirk Olsen, a principal with Trammell Crow Company in Portland.

The design for Woodland Industrial Park was provided by architecture and engineering firm Mackenzie. Sierra Construction has been selected as the general contractor, and Capacity Commercial Group is managing leasing and marketing efforts.
