Urban Innovations has successfully signed 28 lease transactions in the first half of 2025, totaling more than 74,000 square feet across its River North portfolio.
Aaron Zaretsky of Urban Innovations represented the ownership in all deals. Noteworthy transactions include:
– **Culligan International**, a water treatment systems company, leased 5,664 square feet at 440 N. Wells Street. Max Nachemson and Jordon Rovito of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
– **Beautifully New**, a medical spa, signed a new lease for 5,155 square feet at 372 N. Ontario Street. Avi Schiffman of Landstar Realty represented the tenant.
– **Bender Management** leased 5,075 square feet at 440 N. Wells Street. Jordan Becker and Paige Korte of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
