TailoredSpace Expands with New Coworking Location in Del Mar
TailoredSpace is continuing its expansion throughout the San Diego region, opening a new coworking facility in Del Mar. The new location, situated at 12481 High Bluff Drive, Suite 300, spans 14,412 square feet and marks the company’s third site in the Greater San Diego market. Existing locations include Carlsbad and Kearny Mesa, with additional offices currently under development in Oceanside and Solana Beach.
“Our coworking model is doing very well in this region, which is why we’ve experienced such rapid growth,” said TailoredSpace co-founder Drew Sanden. “All the new sites are off to strong starts in terms of demand, tours, and memberships. The focus on securing best-in-class buildings in suburban markets continues to attract business owners and entrepreneurs who live locally. We’re a community-based operation that’s providing a convenient alternative to working from home.”
The new Del Mar location is housed within High Bluff Ridge, a property owned by PGIM Real Estate. In the leasing transaction, the landlord was represented by Joe Anderson and Brian Starck of Cushman & Wakefield, while Michael Mahoney of CBRE represented TailoredSpace.
