**Former Live Nation Offices Sold in Hollywood Portfolio Transaction**
Newmark has successfully arranged the sale of two prominent properties located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Hollywood submarket: 7060 and 7107 Hollywood Boulevard. While the sale price remains undisclosed, the transaction includes a significant office building and a mixed-use asset.
The larger property, 7060 Hollywood Boulevard, is a 12-story office tower encompassing 177,359 square feet. Notably, the building was occupied by Live Nation for much of the past 15 years and currently features Buffalo Wild Wings as a ground-floor tenant. Originally constructed in 1971, the building has long served as a recognizable fixture within the Hollywood landscape.
Meanwhile, 7107 Hollywood Boulevard is a 20,620-square-foot mixed-use building situated on the northwest corner of Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea Avenue. This property benefits from LAR3 zoning, which permits multifamily residential development, offering added investment flexibility.
The seller was represented by Newmark’s Capital Markets team, led by Kevin Shannon, along with vice chairmen Rob Hannan, Ken White, Laura Stumm, and Michael Moll. Executive Vice Chairman Kevin Donner also played a role in the sales process. The identity of the buyer has not been disclosed.
The portfolio sale underscores the ongoing interest and investment activity within the Hollywood corridor, particularly as market participants look to reposition assets with development potential or strong tenancy histories.
