Hoffman & Associates Opens New Washington, D.C. Headquarters
Hoffman & Associates has officially opened its new headquarters in the heart of Northwest Washington, D.C. The 9,000-square-foot space is located at 14 Ridge Square within the City Ridge development, marking a significant milestone for the real estate development firm as it continues its growth across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
“Our roots are in Washington, D.C., and it will always be home for us, even as we expand into new markets,” said Monty Hoffman, Founder and Chairman of Hoffman & Associates. In addition to the new headquarters, the company will continue to operate its existing office at The Wharf as well as its Southeast regional office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The move to City Ridge reflects the company’s commitment to being part of vibrant, mixed-use communities. City Ridge, a 1.8 million-square-foot development located on the historic Fannie Mae campus, features 360,000 square feet of commercial space—including D.C.’s first Wegmans—and 690 residential units.
Hoffman & Associates’ recent projects also include a partnership with Sauer Properties to develop a new midtown community in Richmond, exemplifying the firm’s broader regional expansion strategy.
