**Partners Capital Acquires Homewood Suites by Hilton Near Houston’s Galleria**
Partners Capital has acquired the 162-key Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Galleria, located at 2950 Sage Road. Built in 2006, the hotel boasts an 84% occupancy rate and is situated in one of Houston’s most active submarkets, near The Galleria and within the Uptown District, which is home to approximately 40 hotels.
As part of the acquisition, Hilton has agreed to award a licensing term of up to 15 years. Following the 2026 FIFA World Cup—during which Houston will host several matches—Partners Capital plans to begin a multimillion-dollar renovation of the property.
The upgrades will include comprehensive renovations to guest rooms, public areas, and the building exterior. In addition, key building systems will be modernized to align with Hilton’s current brand standards and improve energy efficiency.
This transaction marks another milestone for Partners Capital’s hospitality portfolio. The firm launched its first hospitality fund in June 2023 and has since acquired the Hilton Garden Inn in San Marcos in March 2024, followed by the Courtyard Marriott in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood a year later.
