**Juneau Construction Completes Manning Hall Renovation at Clemson University**

Juneau Construction Company, in collaboration with Clemson University, has successfully completed the renovation of Manning Hall, marking the second of three phases in the Bryan Mall High Rise student housing renovation project. The project was designed in partnership with architecture firms BOUDREAUX and Little.

Situated in the heart of Clemson’s campus, the newly revamped Manning Hall now features 432 beds spread across 11 floors and 110,000 square feet of modernized residential space. The $46.2 million renovation brings upgraded interiors, enhanced security, improved accessibility, and contemporary amenities to the student housing facility.

Manning Hall follows the completion of Byrnes Hall and precedes the final phase of the Bryan Mall redevelopment, which is scheduled for completion in summer 2026. The overall cost for demolishing and replacing all three buildings, originally constructed between 1967 and 1970, is estimated at $125 million.

Juneau Construction Company, a woman-owned firm, specializes in construction management for multifamily, commercial, higher education, and student housing projects throughout the Southeast. The company operates offices in Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa.
