**Collected Strategies Signs 10,000-SF Lease at 60 Madison Ave. with Moinian Group**
The Moinian Group has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease at 60 Madison Avenue in Manhattan’s Midtown South with Collected Strategies, a strategic communications and investor relations firm. The firm, which focuses on high-stakes scenarios such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, corporate reputation, litigation, and bankruptcy, is relocating from its prior office at 121 East 24th Street.
The Moinian Group was represented in the transaction by Gregg Rothkin, Jared London, Hayden Pascal, Taylor Walker, and Keegan Schenk of CBRE. Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International represented Collected Strategies.
