Mac Morse, partner at Citadel Partners in Dallas, has earned the prestigious SIOR Office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS. Morse brings deep expertise in tenant representation, acquisition and disposition assignments, as well as lease and purchase negotiations.

**CBRE Appoints Ryan Kasten as Market Leader**
CBRE has named Ryan Kasten as the Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for its operations in Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso. He will be based in the Austin office. In this role, Kasten will oversee business operations and lead growth strategies across all Advisory Service lines including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management. Kasten brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently serving as Partner and Managing Director at Partners Real Estate.

**New Leadership at Transwestern Houston**
Transwestern Real Estate Services has appointed Clint Bawcom as Executive Managing Director and Houston Market Leader. Bawcom will head up the firm’s Houston operations. Three commercial real estate veterans — Randy Baird, Ben Doherty, and Brice Hafner — have announced the formation of Eider Creek, a new Dallas-based industrial real estate firm. Eider Creek will operate two complementary entities: Eider Creek Development and Eider Creek Partners. The firm will focus on ground-up development and targeted acquisitions in key U.S. logistics markets.
