**Work Underway on Two New High-Rise Towers at Denver Tech Center**

Construction has officially begun on two new high-rise buildings at the Denver Tech Center’s Belleview Station. The first tower, set to rise 22 stories, has already broken ground and is expected to take approximately two years to complete. The second tower will stand 21 stories tall and will feature a range of amenities, including an 11,000-square-foot market, 314 apartment units, a pool, hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen.

Currently, Belleview Station encompasses 804,000 square feet of office space, nearly 130,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 928 residential units. Upon full build-out, the district is projected to include approximately 2.8 million square feet of office space, around 185,000 square feet of retail and restaurant offerings, and up to 3,300 residential units.

The development team, led by architecture and design firm Gensler, has already delivered close to 1 million square feet of office space — all of which is fully leased, according to recent reports.

The expansion at Belleview Station continues to transform the area into a dynamic, mixed-use urban hub within Denver’s Tech Center.
