**Work Underway on Two New High-Rises at Denver Tech Center**
Construction is officially underway on two new high-rise towers at the Denver Tech Center. Ground has already been broken on the first tower, a 22-story structure expected to take two years to complete. The second high-rise will stand 21 stories tall and feature a diverse mix of amenities, including a roughly 11,000-square-foot market, 314 apartment units, a pool, hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen.
Currently, the development area offers 804,000 square feet of office space, nearly 130,000 square feet for retail and restaurants, and 928 residential units. Once the entire district is completed, projections indicate it will house approximately 2.8 million square feet of office space, around 185,000 square feet of retail and dining areas, and 3,300 residential units.
According to the Denver Business Journal, developers have already delivered nearly one million square feet of office space, all of which is fully leased. The architectural and development firm behind the project is Gensler.
