**Noblis Inc. Relocating Headquarters to Reston Town Center**

Nonprofit government contractor Noblis Inc. is set to move its corporate headquarters to Reston Town Center in Virginia.

The company has signed a lease for nearly all of the office space at 12050 Inspiration Street, a roughly 90,000-square-foot building that is part of the Reston Next expansion by BXP Inc. This new headquarters is located just a quarter mile north of its current location at 2002 Edmund Halley Drive, situated across Sunset Hills Road and the Dulles Toll Road.

According to second-quarter market reports from Lincoln Property Co. and Cushman & Wakefield, the newly leased space totals 74,681 square feet. This represents a significant downsizing from Noblis’ current headquarters, for which the company signed a 160,000-square-foot, two-building lease nearly ten years ago.

The move reflects ongoing changes in the office market and Noblis’ evolving space needs as it continues its mission in the government contracting sector.
