**Recovery.com Signs 21,966-SF HQ Lease at 316 West Washington in Madison**
Recovery.com has more than doubled its office footprint by signing a new 21,966-square-foot lease at 316 West Washington Avenue in Madison, Wisconsin.
The online provider of unbiased, educational resources on addiction and mental health treatment will consolidate its two existing offices—located at 100 State Street and 301 South Blount Street—into the new space when the lease begins in September 2025.
Matt Apter and Ross Rikkers of Cresa represented Recovery.com in the lease transaction. Representing the building owner, Hovde Properties, were Jim Cavanaugh and Katie Brueske of Boerke.
Located just two blocks from Capitol Square, 316 West Washington is a 152,968-square-foot modern office building situated in the heart of Madison. “The building and suite are excellent fits for Recovery.com; with high ceilings, exposed ductwork, city and lake views, the site exudes creativity and fun,” said Rikkers, a Principal at Cresa’s Madison office.
