Convene Expands to SoHo’s Scholastic Building with 16th NYC Venue
Convene, a hospitality company known for designing and managing premium meeting, event, and flexible workspaces, is expanding its footprint in New York City with the opening of a new venue in SoHo. The company will launch its 16th New York City location at 555 Broadway, famously known as the Scholastic Building.
The new venue will span more than 32,000 square feet on the second floor and is set to accommodate up to 450 guests for large-scale events. Reflecting the dynamic and creative spirit of the SoHo district, the space will feature flexible layouts, extensive branding opportunities, and advanced audiovisual production capabilities tailored to the needs of the surrounding creative industries.
“The SoHo submarket has been one of the most requested destinations from our existing clientele, and we wanted to ensure that we could create a special venue that speaks to the energy and vibrancy of the neighborhood – we found that at 555 Broadway,” said Brian Holland, Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Convene.
Convene 555 Broadway is slated to open in Spring 2026. The venue will include a dedicated retail entrance and welcome desk, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to an elevated and tailored guest experience.
