**Deven Group Breaks Ground on 631-Bed Student Housing Near UCF**
Development Ventures Group (Deven Group) has officially broken ground on a new student housing project near the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando. Located just half a mile from the university, the development will feature 177 units accommodating a total of 631 beds.
The five-story, 304,969-square-foot facility is projected to cost $94.9 million. Deven Group is developing the project in collaboration with Castle Lanterra, which provided the land. Financial backing includes PLT America as a limited partner and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank as the lender.
Designed with an array of high-end student-focused amenities, the development will offer:
– Units ranging from one to six bedrooms, each featuring walk-in closets, private balconies, tiled showers, and 65-inch smart TVs
– A rooftop sky lounge with scenic lake views
– Golf and multi-sport simulators
– A rock climbing wall
– Outdoor fitness lawn
– Resort-style swimming pool
– Jumbotron for communal viewing
– Outdoor sauna and cold plunge facilities
– Study areas on every floor
– Game rooms, lounge spaces, and a communal activity kitchen
Located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., the development sits adjacent to the UCF campus. UCF is the largest university in Florida by enrollment, with approximately 70,000 students. This new construction aims to meet the growing demand for quality student accommodations in the area.
