**Prominent Franklin Office Building Hits the Market**
TA Realty has listed a well-known office property in Franklin, Tennessee, for sale. The five-story building, known as Two Greenway, was last sold in late 2019 for $43.5 million.
Located at 302 Innovation Drive, Two Greenway was developed by Crescent Communities and offers approximately 115,000 square feet of office space on a 16-acre lot. The property is currently being marketed by Boyle Investment Co., with about 44,000 square feet of office space still available for lease.
Recently, a biotherapeutics firm signed a lease for 23,000 square feet within the building, adding to its appeal as a desirable location for innovative companies.
While the current asking price has not been disclosed, marketing efforts for the property are being led by Crews Johnston, Samir Idris, David Meline, Molly Millard, and Burch Mixon from the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield.
This offering presents a significant opportunity in one of Franklin’s booming commercial corridors.
