BXP has announced the addition of eight new retail tenants at Embarcadero Center, a 3.3-million-square-foot mixed-use development located in the heart of San Francisco. The newly signed leases cover a combined 16,455 square feet and bring a dynamic mix of wellness and culinary offerings to the property.
The new tenants include:
– **Ambiance** – A woman-operated boutique offering fashionable apparel and accessories
– **Boho Petite** – An artisan French patisserie
– **Burger Littles** – A specialty burger concept
– **B12 LOVE** – A wellness-focused provider of vitamin injections and IV drips
– **Cheeky Bits Sweets** – A dessert shop known for its creative confections
– **Elevate Pilates** – A modern Pilates and fitness studio
– **Jerry’s Roast Pork** – A sandwich shop that brings a taste of Philadelphia to San Francisco
– **Puppies & Yoga** – A unique wellness concept combining yoga classes with puppies
“Our goal at Embarcadero Center is to create an ecosystem where businesses, office workers, residents and visitors can thrive and flourish together,” said Christine Yuen, Senior Vice President of Leasing at BXP. “From a modern Pilates studio to puppy yoga and IV drips, we’re dedicated to supporting San Francisco’s unique entrepreneurial spirit in the heart of downtown.”
These leasing successes stem in part from BXP’s strategic outreach efforts and its proprietary “pop-up” retail program, which allows merchants to activate short-term leases with the opportunity to extend into long-term agreements.
BXP continues to bolster Embarcadero Center’s position as a vibrant community destination with a curated mix of experiential and service-oriented retail tenants.
