**Hunt Valley Towne Centre Set for $10 Million Upgrade**
Greenberg Gibbons, a prominent regional developer, has announced a $10 million investment in renovations at Hunt Valley Towne Centre, a major shopping and entertainment destination located in the Baltimore area.
The planned upgrades will feature a redesigned plaza and significant modernizations to the on-site Regal movie theatre. “It’s been 20 years since we’ve transformed the Hunt Valley Towne Centre into a thriving mixed-use destination, and we want to continue being the area’s top gathering place for shopping, family fun, and entertainment experiences,” said Brian Gibbons, Chairman and CEO of Greenberg Gibbons. “These investments will add a whole new level of energy and excitement for our guests.”
In recent years, the center has evolved into a dynamic mixed-use community. The 322-unit Avalon apartment complex and the 178-unit Brightview Senior Living community have both opened on the property, enhancing its residential appeal. Hunt Valley Towne Centre is anchored by Wegmans, Regal, and Onelife Fitness, and hosts a diverse range of retail and dining options including DSW, Ulta Beauty, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Michael’s, Sammy’s Trattoria II, California Pizza Kitchen, J. Crew Factory, and Loft.
With these new upgrades, Greenberg Gibbons aims to further elevate the center’s role as a hub for lifestyle, entertainment, and community engagement in Northern Baltimore County.
