JBG SMITH Launches Leasing at Valen in National Landing
JBG SMITH has officially begun leasing at Valen, a new mixed-use residential tower located at 2050 South Bell Street in the heart of National Landing. The development features 355 upscale rental apartments and approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

The 25-story tower, designed by internationally recognized architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), offers one- to three-bedroom units. Residences boast floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of the Washington, D.C. skyline, National Landing, and the Potomac River.
Valen is strategically located near key transit and recreational amenities, including Water Park, the Crystal City Metro station, and a planned Virginia Railway Express (VRE) connection. Additionally, a future pedestrian bridge will directly link National Landing to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, enhancing accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
