**George Oliver and Ascentris to Redevelop Office Campus in Old Town Scottsdale**

George Oliver and Ascentris have announced plans to redevelop Arbor Old Town into a luxury office campus in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The transformation involves a three-parcel assemblage acquired in 2024, giving George Oliver the opportunity to create a prominent new workplace environment.

The 360,000-square-foot project includes properties located at 4141 and 4167 North Scottsdale Road, and 7272 East Indian School Road. The redevelopment aims to introduce the district’s first hospitality-inspired office campus, blending modern workplace design with premium amenities and immersive outdoor spaces.

Key features of the redevelopment will include a café and cocktail bar, a cold plunge, a golf simulator, and a podcast studio—adding a touch of lifestyle and wellness to the work environment.

The buildings comprising Arbor Old Town range in size from 15,013 square feet to 174,415 square feet. Completion of the full campus is expected in the third quarter of 2026.

RSG Builders has been named the general contractor for the project, while leasing efforts are being led by Bryan Taute and Spencer Nast of JLL.
