**Crescent Opens Dallas’s Tallest Residential Tower**
A new landmark has made its debut in Uptown Dallas with the opening of a 31-story luxury residential tower developed by Crescent Real Estate. Located at 2811 Maple Avenue, the high-rise is now the tallest residential tower in the city. Construction on the project began in December 2022.
According to recent reports, approximately 10% of the building’s 177 luxury apartments have already been leased. The apartments range in size from 950 to 1,900 square feet and include four penthouse units available for rent. Over 60% of the residences are corner units, boasting expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Uptown Dallas skyline.
Residents can enjoy a range of high-end amenities, including a 24/7 concierge service in the tower’s sophisticated lobby. Rental rates begin at $4,175 and reach up to $19,500 per month, with an average monthly price around $7,300. Lease terms currently span between 13 and 18 months.
The building’s 12,600-square-foot amenity space includes a 1,500-square-foot fitness center, a resort-style pool deck with private cabanas, reservable conference rooms, outdoor grilling stations, and an indoor kitchen designed for catered events.
The architecture for the tower was led by GFF, with renowned architect Richard Keating serving as the design architect.
