D’Agostino will continue his role as General Manager of Gale South Beach, reflecting his deep commitment to the growth of the Gale Hotels brand. He began his hospitality journey as a bellman at the Sagamore Hotel and has built a successful career over the past 16 years, rising through the ranks to become a seasoned general manager.

– **Adam Palmer** has joined CBRE in Naples as Executive Vice President. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Palmer will focus on sales and leasing services for investors and occupiers across all property sectors in Southwest Florida. He previously served as Principal and Managing Director at LQ Commercial Real Estate Services.

– **Jessica Sirianni, J.D.**, has joined Colliers as an Office Services Associate in Central Florida. A former commercial real estate attorney, Sirianni is part of the Solik-McKeever Office Services Team, where she will offer valuable insight into risk assessment, lease negotiation, and strategic planning for renewals, relocations, and acquisitions. Prior to this role, she worked as an associate attorney at ShuffieldLowman.

– **Berkadia** has closed a $33.3 million acquisition loan for Gateway on 4th Apartments, a multifamily property in St. Petersburg, Florida. The 304-unit asset, consisting of 32 two-story buildings on a 15-acre site, was built in 1974 and is located at 501 116th Avenue. The loan, backed by Freddie Mac, is fixed-rate with a five-year term and includes three years of interest-only payments.

– **Hernandez Development** has broken ground on a new self-storage facility in Opa-Locka, representing a $17.6 million investment in the area. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2026. Financing was provided through a construction loan by Andover Properties, and Cushman & Wakefield served as the exclusive broker for the transaction.
