Mott MacDonald Signs Full-Floor Lease at Empire State Building

Engineering, development, and management consultancy Mott MacDonald NY Inc. has signed a lease with Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) for a full-floor, 25,372-square-foot office space at the iconic Empire State Building in New York City. In addition to their new headquarters, the firm will maintain its existing 27,226-square-foot office at ESRT’s 1400 Broadway location.

“We look forward to welcoming colleagues to our new North America headquarters at the Empire State Building, with its unmatched location, modern office space, and premier amenities,” said Dean Radeloff, President and CEO of Mott MacDonald North America. “It supports our commitment to bringing people together in an environment that inspires, encourages collaboration, and advances our sustainability goals.”

The lease negotiations were facilitated by Colliers, with Sheena Gohil, Jack Senske, and Teresa DeLeo representing Mott MacDonald. Representing the building owner were Shanae Ursini of ESRT and Scott J. Klau, Erik Harris, Neil Rubin, Brent Ozarowski, Zachary Weil, and Cole Gendels of Newmark.

The move underscores Mott MacDonald’s ongoing investment in modern, sustainable workplace environments and positions the firm in one of New York’s most prestigious and historically significant office buildings.
