**JMC Readies First Phase of Stoneham Residential Development**
Hard hat leasing tours are now underway for the first homes at The Devon at Weiss Farm, a 259-unit multifamily community being developed by John M. Corcoran and Company (JMC). Situated on 25 acres in Stoneham, Massachusetts, the first phase of the project includes 12 townhomes, a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, and the initial rental building featuring 64 apartments. Move-ins are slated to begin in mid-August.
The site, previously the location of the Weiss family’s dairy farm, is ideally located just 10 miles north of Boston, one mile from Downtown Stoneham, and close to the Melrose Highlands Commuter Rail Station. “This property blends convenience and access with premium finishes and amenities and tranquility provided through significant preserved open space,” said Peter Mahoney of JMC.
JMC, a leading multifamily developer in the Boston metro area, also recently assumed management of a 100-unit complex in South Easton, Massachusetts. Formerly known as Zen Easton, the property has been rebranded as The Edgestead.
