**Connect CRE and ApartmentBuildings.com Launch Multifamily Excellence Awards**
Connect CRE, in collaboration with its sister platform ApartmentBuildings.com, has announced the launch of a groundbreaking industry awards program: The ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE. This inaugural initiative is designed to honor leaders and innovators in the multifamily real estate sector across the U.S. and Canada.
The awards will recognize top-performing individuals and teams who drive advancement and excellence in various areas of multifamily housing, including dealmaking, development, technology, finance, and more. A total of 100 honorees will be selected to represent distinguished contributions to the multifamily industry.
Honorees will be recognized in the following categories:
– Dealmakers of the Year
– Developers of the Year
– Transactions of the Year
– Innovators of the Year (covering areas such as Technology, Property Management, Financing, Sustainability, Affordability, and Private-Public Partnership)

Nominations for the ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE are now open, with a submission deadline of August 5. Winners will be announced in September.
