Zilber Residential has sold the 304-unit Vida Lakewood Ranch apartment community in Bradenton, Florida, for $92.1 million. The buyer has not been disclosed. Located within the master-planned Lakewood Ranch community, the property was developed by Zilber and represents a significant transaction in the region’s multifamily housing market.
