**Ziff Real Estate Partners Acquires Marston Park Plaza for $17.9 Million**
Ziff Real Estate Partners has purchased Marston Park Plaza, a 90,200-square-foot shopping center located at 5066 S. Wadsworth Way in Denver, for $17.9 million. The seller, Miller United Real Estate, originally acquired the retail property in 2015 for $17.4 million, according to the Denver Business Journal.
At the time of the sale, Marston Park Plaza was 88% leased. Notable tenants include The Tile Shop, Little Caesars, and Wag N’ Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming. The shopping center features 18 tenants with leases ranging between five and ten years.
The transaction was brokered by JLL Capital Markets, with Jason Schmidt and Austin Snedden leading the Investment Sales and Advisory team representing the seller.
Earlier this year, Ziff Real Estate Partners expanded its retail portfolio with the $9.25 million acquisition of Village Square Shopping Center, a 40,277-square-foot retail center in Louisville. Ziff is known as a vertically integrated owner and operator specializing in neighborhood retail, self-storage, office, and industrial properties.
