**Bell Partners Acquires Montane Apartments in Parker for $133M**
Bell Partners has expanded its presence in the Denver metro area with the $133 million acquisition of the Montane Apartments, a 400-unit multifamily community located at 18301 Cottonwood Drive in Parker, Colorado. The property was sold by Starlight Investments, which previously acquired it for $120 million in 2019 from its developer, Alliance Residential Co.
Following the purchase, the community will be renamed Bell Parker Ranch. Built in 2018, the property comprises 23 residential buildings and offers a selection of studio to three-bedroom floor plans. Unit sizes range from 707 to 1,235 square feet.
Ideally situated at the northeast corner of South Parker Road and Cottonwood Drive, the complex offers residents easy access to the Cherry Creek Trail System, which connects to multiple parks across the Parker area.
This acquisition brings Bell Partners’ Denver-area portfolio to approximately 7,400 apartment homes across 21 communities. Jordan Robbins of JLL Capital Markets served as the broker for the transaction.
