**SpeedX Signs Lease for 165,000 SF at Linden Logistics Center**
Advance Realty Investors and Greek Real Estate Partners (GREP) have announced that third-party logistics (3PL) carrier SpeedX has signed a lease for 165,000 square feet at 200 Linden Logistics Way. The facility is part of the 516,476-square-foot distribution building located within the Class A Linden Logistics Center in Linden, New Jersey, which spans a total of 4.1 million square feet.
SpeedX will utilize the space as part of its planned $1 billion “factory-to-front-door” expansion strategy. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive logistics hub that will help small and mid-sized businesses ship products from overseas directly to U.S. customers.

A CBRE team led by Tom Monahan and Larry Schiffenhaus represented the ownership in the lease transaction. SpeedX was represented by Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate of the Metz Industrial Group, part of Bussel Realty.
