CIM Group Signs Lease with Little Big Hospitality for Family-Centric Clubhouse in Brooklyn
CIM Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with Little Big Hospitality for 45,000 square feet at its Panorama office and retail complex located at 50 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn. The new tenant, The Beginning Clubhouse, marks the debut of a pioneering family-centered membership concept.
“We believe The Beginning Clubhouse is an ideal addition to this Brooklyn neighborhood that is home to many families who will gravitate to the inviting, members-only environment and combination of adult and children’s spaces and programming,” said Shaul Kuba, co-founder and principal of CIM Group.
Expected to open in summer 2026, The Beginning Clubhouse will provide a wide array of amenities and services focused on families. Children will enjoy supervised childcare on dedicated floors featuring play areas, game rooms, and structured classes. For adults, the Clubhouse will include comfortable workspaces with meeting rooms and a quiet library, along with a fitness center, spa, and more.
