**Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia Secures 13,100-SF Lease for New Surgery Center in Wayne, PA**
Colliers has announced that it represented Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) in leasing 13,100 square feet at 676 E Swedesford Road in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The lease marks the beginning of a new chapter for CCP as it prepares to launch a cutting-edge ambulatory surgery center.
The facility, slated to open in late 2025, will be developed in partnership with Cardiovascular Logistics, SCA Health, and Penn Medicine. The new center is designed to provide same-day, elective diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac care and will include three operating rooms and one procedure room to serve patients across the greater Philadelphia region.
Paul Rogers, Executive Vice President of Colliers’ Health Services Group, and Charlie Rogers, Associate, led the Colliers team on the transaction.
