ZOM Living and CP Capital have officially completed and delivered Azola Avery Centre, a 359-unit garden-style apartment community located in Round Rock, Texas. The joint venture partners broke ground on the project in January 2023. According to CommercialEdge, Truist Bank provided a $57.7 million construction loan to support the development. JHP served as the architectural firm, while Rampart took on the role of general contractor.
Located at 3801 North A.W. Grimes Boulevard, Azola Avery Centre offers a mix of floor plans—including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units—ranging in size from 573 to 1,564 square feet. Rental rates vary from approximately $1,200 to $2,600 per month.
The community is part of The Avery Centre, a 1,200-acre master-planned development situated just outside of Austin in the thriving suburb of Round Rock.
Residents at Azola Avery Centre benefit from an extensive list of upscale amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor pavilion with BBQ grills and TVs, multiple pocket parks, and a fenced dog park.
