Stockbridge has acquired a seven-building industrial portfolio encompassing 775,000 square feet of warehouse space in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. The transaction, known as the Greater Valwood Industrial Portfolio, includes properties located in the Valwood/North Stemmons and Metropolitan Addison submarkets.

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale on behalf of the seller and also acted as the exclusive advisor to Stockbridge in securing acquisition financing provided by Lincoln Financial Group.

The portfolio is fully leased to 14 tenants, with an average lease tenure of nine years, reflecting strong occupancy and tenant retention.

Representing the seller in the transaction were Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Carpenter, Jud Clements, Robby Rieke, Emily Brandt, and Trevor Berry. The firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group—led by John Alascio, TJ Sullivan, and Jason Blankfein—advised Stockbridge on the financing.
