**Quarterra Begins Leasing at Artemas Apartments in Everett, MA**
Quarterra Group, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and a prominent real estate investment and development firm, has officially started leasing at Artemas, a new mid-rise apartment community located in Everett, Massachusetts, just four miles north of Downtown Boston.
The property, named Artemas, includes 396 apartment homes and 1,500 square feet of retail space, situated in Everett’s dynamic “Fermentation District,” an area known for its collection of craft breweries and distilleries.
The management of Artemas is handled through a recent merger between Quarterra Living, the property management division of Quarterra Group, and RKW Residential, the property management arm of Alfred.
