Cushman & Wakefield has arranged an $81 million refinancing for One Grove, a 200-unit multifamily development located at 215 Grove Street in Jersey City. The refinancing was secured on behalf of Sing Wang of TKK Capital and financed by Societe Generale. The deal features a five-year, full-term, interest-only loan structure.

The Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team at Cushman & Wakefield—comprised of Brad Domenico, Frank Stanislaski, and Jack Subers—advised the borrower. Representing the lender, Societe Generale, were David Froschauer, Paul Cognetti, and Carlos Lambarri Altamira. Niko Nicolaou and Ryan Dowd from Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group also provided guidance on the transaction.

Completed in 2024, One Grove offers a range of studio to three-bedroom apartments, featuring high-end finishes and modern appliances. Designed by MHS Architecture, approximately 30% of the units include private outdoor spaces. The property also includes furnished short-term rental options to accommodate diverse leasing needs.
