**Angelo Gordon and Cypress West Acquire Tucson Medical Office Building for $13.5M**
A joint venture between Angelo Gordon and Cypress West has completed the acquisition of La Cholla Medical Plaza, a Class A medical office building located at 6130 N. La Cholla Blvd in Tucson, Arizona. The property was purchased for $13.5 million.
Built in 1998, La Cholla Medical Plaza is a two-story facility totaling approximately 67,731 square feet. Currently, the property is 80% leased, with 14,075 square feet available across five fully built-out suites designed for medical or office/medical use.
The building is situated on the Northwest Medical Campus, directly adjacent to the 300-bed Northwest Medical Center. Notable tenants include Northwest Hospital Pain Management and Wound Care, Pima Heart & Vascular, and Eye Associates of Tucson.
Cypress West previously purchased the property in 2021 from Healthpeak Properties for $12.8 million.
