TIG Real Estate Services has officially broken ground on the first phase of the $80 million Kyle Technology Park, a 300,000-square-foot development located on a 41-acre site at the southeast corner of FM 1626 and Plum Creek Meadows in Kyle, Texas.
The project is designed as a flexible industrial development with potential uses including office and retail. Plans call for up to 11 buildings, with spaces that can be subdivided to as small as 6,250 square feet. Each building, along with its associated site of approximately 2 acres, may be sold individually or developed as build-to-suit for tenants.
Construction on the first phase is underway and includes three 25,000-square-foot buildings, scheduled for completion in November.
In addition to the Kyle project, TIG Real Estate Services is also the developer behind Scottsdale Crossing Technology Center, a 120-acre business park in Cedar Park. That site serves as home to prominent tenants such as Firefly Aerospace Inc., a Samsung Electronics supplier, Hill Country Electric Supply, Red Horn Brewery and Roastery, and The Crossover indoor sports complex.
The city of Kyle is experiencing rapid population growth, with an estimated 66,000 residents today—up from 46,000 in 2020.
