**Killian Pacific Secures Two Retail Tenants at Jackstraw Mixed-Use Development in Bend**

Killian Pacific, a Pacific Northwest real estate developer, has announced the addition of two long-term retail tenants at its Jackstraw project, a 313-unit mixed-use residential and retail development in Bend, Oregon. Sisters Coffee Company, based in Sisters, Oregon, and California-based Drybar will join the development as it nears completion.

Strategically located between downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, Jackstraw sits on a 4.7-acre site at the intersection of Industrial Way and Lava Road, directly adjacent to the popular Box Factory retail center.

Sisters Coffee will establish its second Bend location with a 2,230-square-foot café located on the ground floor of Jackstraw. Drybar, known for its salon services, will open a 1,879-square-foot location also on the ground floor.

Construction on Jackstraw began in spring 2023 and is now approximately 80 percent complete. The development features a combination of apartments and townhomes, including seven stories of residential units and amenities. The ground floor will offer 18,000 square feet of retail space, designed to accommodate a diverse assortment of local shops, dining, and service-based businesses.

Residential pre-leasing is set to begin in July 2025, with move-ins expected to commence in October 2025.
