**Shorenstein Completes Two Major Transactions in Bellevue’s Spring District**

Shorenstein Investment Advisers has finalized two significant real estate transactions in Bellevue, Washington’s Spring District, a prominent mixed-use development.

In one transaction, funds affiliated with Blackstone Real Estate acquired a joint-control interest in Blocks 5 and 6 from Shorenstein. In a separate deal, Drawbridge Realty, a partner of KKR, purchased Block 13 from both Shorenstein and Wright Runstad & Company. All three properties were developed as build-to-suit office spaces for Meta. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Blocks 5 and 6 include two 11-story, Class A office towers totaling 670,000 square feet. Both buildings are leased long-term by Meta. Notably, Snowflake recently subleased all of Block 6 and moved into the building in May 2025.

Block 13 is a nine-story, high-end office building totaling 200,000 square feet.

The Spring District continues to expand, with additional land available for over one million square feet of future mixed-use development. The project was originally conceptualized in 2007 and was co-developed by Shorenstein and Wright Runstad.
