**Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments Complete Phase I of Goodyear AirPark**
Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments have officially delivered Phase I of the Goodyear AirPark, a premier 1.6 million-square-foot Class A industrial campus consisting of six state-of-the-art buildings. This major development marks a significant milestone within the larger 565-acre Goodyear AirPark master-planned project.
Phase I targets mid- and large-scale industrial users, featuring buildings ranging from 81,000 to 775,000 square feet. The full build-out of Goodyear AirPark is set to include approximately 7 million square feet across as many as 20 buildings, positioning it as a major logistics and industrial hub in the region.
In addition to the industrial facilities, Lincoln and Harvard have commenced development on Estrella Gateway, the planned retail component of the project. Once completed, Estrella Gateway will span 63 acres and include up to 15 retail pads designed to accommodate a variety of full-service retail tenants.
Strategically located between the Estrella Mountain Ranch master-planned community, the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport, and Goodyear Civic Square—also known as GSQ, the city’s emerging urban core—Goodyear AirPark is poised to become a key destination for commerce and community development.
The project’s design and construction are being led by Butler Design Group and Stevens-Leinweber Construction, two firms renowned for their expertise in delivering high-quality commercial real estate developments.
