**Continuum Unveils Ambitious Waterfront District Along Biscayne Bay**

Continuum Company has officially announced plans for the Continuum Waterfront District, a transformative two-phase, mixed-use development spanning more than three acres along Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The proposal received unanimous approval from the North Bay Planning Commission. In 2024, Continuum acquired the site — currently occupied by the Best Western Inn and the former Shucker’s restaurant — for $75 million.

The visionary project includes two residential condominium towers known as the Continuum Club and a Continuum-branded boutique hotel featuring a rooftop pool. The broader district will also introduce a range of lifestyle and leisure amenities including new waterfront restaurants and bars, a renovated marina, outdoor wellness spaces, and curated retail storefronts.

The development’s first phase, the Continuum Club & Residences, is already under construction and nearly 50 percent sold. This tower will boast over 60,000 square feet of upscale amenities, such as a waterfront resort-style pool, wellness center with gym and yoga studio, longevity spa, and exclusive access to a private marina and yacht club. Residents will also enjoy memberships to a beach club and the premium dining platform Dorsia.

The Continuum Waterfront District signals a new era of high-end, waterfront living and recreation in North Bay Village, positioning the area as a premier destination for locals and visitors alike.
