Stream Realty Partners Breaks Ground on 101 Logistics Center in Oxnard
Stream Realty Partners has officially broken ground on the 101 Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art, Class A industrial project located in Oxnard, California. The development will feature four buildings totaling 738,000 square feet, strategically situated in the North Los Angeles industrial submarket.
The buildings are designed to support a range of modern industrial users, including last-mile delivery, e-commerce, and fulfillment operations. Individual building sizes will range from 109,050 to 308,561 square feet, offering flexibility and scalability for a variety of tenants.

Located at 2921 Sakioka Drive, 2721 Sakioka Drive, 1711 Synergy Circle, and 1611 Synergy Circle, the project is being led by Stream’s senior director Nick Kreuter, director Andrew Warren, and Sowanick. Leasing efforts are being handled by Newmark’s team, including John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss, Jeff Abraham, and Javier Galvan.
The 101 Logistics Center represents a significant investment in the region’s growing industrial sector and is poised to meet the increasing demand for modern distribution and logistics space in Southern California.
