**Avison Young Secures Full-Floor Lease for New York Cancer & Blood Specialists in Yorkville**
Avison Young has arranged a full-floor lease for New York Cancer & Blood Specialists at 210 East 86th Street in Manhattan’s Yorkville neighborhood. The oncology practice has signed a lease for the entire sixth floor, comprising 10,500 square feet.
The deal was negotiated on behalf of the landlord, 210 East 86th Street Corp. Avison Young principals John Ryan III and Peter Gross serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the building. New York Cancer & Blood Specialists was represented by Ari Malul of Schuckman Realty Inc.
“New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is the ideal tenant to jump-start occupancy following 210 E. 86th Street’s recent repositioning,” said Ryan. “Its central location in the neighborhood and access to excellent transportation make it the best-located office and medical building on the Upper East Side. This tenancy sets the benchmark as we continue to market other full and partial floors available for both short- and long-term lease transactions.”
