**BBI Developer Group Plans 1.35M-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Project in Metro Atlanta**
BBI Developer Group has unveiled plans for a significant mixed-use development in the Atlanta metro area called Town Center at Mansa Park. Located at the intersection of Old National Highway and Pleasant Hill Road in South Fulton, the project is set to bring a major transformation to the corridor near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
The Town Center at Mansa Park will include a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality offerings. Key components of the development consist of a condominium tower, 1,032 workforce apartment units, three hotels, six office buildings, two restaurants, and two retail buildings. In total, the project will comprise 1,526 residential units spread throughout the site.
Encompassing more than 1.35 million square feet and covering 140 acres, the development is designed to serve as a new hub of activity for the South Fulton area. According to BBI Developer Group, the Old National Highway Corridor is one of the region’s most densely populated areas and serves as the largest commercial corridor within the city. Proximity to the airport enhances the corridor’s role in supporting the local economy.
The development plan is currently undergoing the rezoning process, which is required to advance the project. BBI anticipates completion of the entire project by the year 2030.
